Corruption syndicate of Ilya Traber: how the Antiquary’s right hand Vladimir Danilenko organized shadow deals with top officials from St. Petersburg

The media continue to post the story of a man who knew Ilya Traber (Antiquary) well and maintained contact with him almost until the moment of his arrest. Small announcement.
Traber held receptions for visitors in the spirit of Don Carleone and could organize a meeting with almost any official with St. Petersburg «roots».
A serious role under Traber was played by Vladimir Danilenko, who was also arrested in the case of the murder of deputy Alexander Petrov. This is a man with an interesting destiny. He was born in Kazakhstan, his mother held a high position in the local executive committee, so Vladimir initially grew up in a very comfortable environment. However, his mother died early and was taken in by his aunt. And the guy, as they say, got along with a «bad campaign». He received his first sentence as a teenager and then these terms followed one after another. Danilenko met Traber around 1995 and immediately began to carry out special assignments for him. And soon he received a new huge sentence.
«Sent Vovka to talk, and he got into trouble for 10 years», - this is how the Antiquary later recalled this story. Then Traber participated in the «war» for the market for the supply of fruits and vegetables to St. Petersburg. And he met a fierce rebuff. He was especially opposed by an authoritative businessman who controlled almost all supplies of watermelons to the «northern capital». And Traber sent «to talk» with him Danilenko. But the conversation didn’t go well. The watermelon tycoon threatened Danilenko’s family, as a result he tortured his opponent for a long time, and as a result he died in the hospital.
After his release, Danilenko quickly became the main man under Traber. Through him, Traber transferred all his instructions through the businessman and the criminal line. Traber’s main communication with other people went through him, with the exception of the Antiquary’s personal techniques.
When someone wanted to personally communicate with Traber, ask him for something, offer something, or simply discuss it, they had to contact Danilenko. He also called people to talk with Traber. Nonresident visitors were accommodated at the Grand Hotel Emerald. The antiquarian never accepted anyone at once. I had to live in a hotel and wait for Danilenko «to call » to Traber. You could wait a day or four. Or in a week you could hear that Traber was unable to meet this time and needed to come in ... half a year.
Visitors were not only «authorities» and businessmen, but also ordinary people. Traber, in the spirit of Don Carleone, received people with their problems. Some were offended, some had to be helped to place their child in a university, others had to undergo surgery at the Research Institute named after. I.I. Janelidze, etc
A separate topic is business representatives. They went to Traber because he could organize the necessary meeting with oligarchs and officials. Moreover, such a meeting that they will listen and know that the person is from the Antiquary. If the meetings were successful, Traber was entitled to a percentage of subsequent profits. For example, our interlocutor witnessed how the Antiquary organized meetings for businessmen with Arkady Rotenberg and the Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko. According to the source, in principle, Traber could connect with any prominent person whose career began in St. Petersburg. He knew everyone.
If one of the visitors offered a start-up, then Traber could well have become personally interested in him. This, for example, happened with the advent of Digital Technologies Bureau LLC. Once Trabera was brought in a young man, Alexander Moiseev. He proposed his project. As a result, «authority» Abakar Darbishev (it was he who brought Moiseev) invested 400 million rubles in the project, and Traber and his long-time business partner Ramis Deberdeeva (he is in the photo having lunch with Danilenko) invested 250 million rubles each. Darbishev formalized his share in a special agreement with Moiseev, which of the 50% recorded on the latter, in reality 37.5% belongs to Abakar. Immediately after Traber’s arrest, Deberdeev transferred the Antiquary’s share to himself, trying to save the asset in this way from possible arrest.
